Common mistakes/mishaps:

  1.  Access to the TK20 system: 24-48 hours after purchase
  2.  When logging into TK20, please add the "SW" to the browser. There is another TK20 account for A&M. If you omit the "SW," you will land on another program's site. The "tricky part" is that the sites look identical. Therefore, the wrong site will let you into the system. However, it will not list your social work information.
