[MSW] TK20 Status Update

Hello MSW Field Education students,

We want to make you aware that TK20 is still experiencing technical difficulties and remains inoperable for many users.

Watermark, the owner of TK20, has informed us that the issue appears to be related to an engineering problem and is currently under investigation.

Please continue documenting your field experience by maintaining a separate record of your daily activities, workdays, and hours worked. Keeping accurate, up-to-date documentation will help ensure your information can be entered into TK20 once the system is restored.

Please also notify your field instructor of this issue, as field instructors are currently unable to access TK20 until service has been fully restored.

We understand this situation may be frustrating, and appreciate your patience and flexibility as the issue is being resolved. Please continue completing your field responsibilities as scheduled and save all documentation for future entry into the system.

We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
