Subject: Important Instructions Regarding Study Abroad-Belize Deposit

Dear Students,

This email provides important instructions regarding the deposit for the upcoming study abroad trip.

Due to limited enrollment (6 spaces), we have instituted a new procedure to ensure all participants are confirmed before any further payments are made.

Please do not use the deposit link until you are explicitly instructed to do so by Dr. Smith.

To secure your place, you must follow these steps:

  1.  Contact Dr. Smith directly via email to state your commitment to the trip.
  2.  Dr. Smith will maintain the official list and confirm if space is available.
  3.  Once she confirms your spot, she will grant you approval to submit your deposit.

If you have already submitted a deposit, you must notify Dr. Smith immediately to ensure you are accurately placed on the list.

We cannot guarantee a spot for any student who submits a deposit without first completing this process. You will be notified by Dr. Smith once all spaces have been filled.
