I'm Hiring!

I'm looking for a Facility Coordinator to join the team at OCD Anxiety Centers in Richardson, TX!

Key Details:
 * Pay: $54,000-$64,000/year
 * Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and ongoing paid training

Key Duties:
 * Oversee front office operations and manage facility needs, including inventory and vendor coordination
 * Supervise and schedule front office staff and Behavioral Health Technicians
 * Support clinical staff with scheduling, client check-ins, and ensuring the facility meets accreditation standards
 * Address client service concerns and ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience is required. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for helping individuals with OCD and anxiety, are essential.

Preferred:
Experience in management, billing, or insurance is a plus.
