Hello Texas A&M Commerce!



VA North Texas Health Care System is soliciting applications of interested MSW students who have completed their courses and are ready for their advanced placement for Fall 2024.



The attached list contains 9 available positions and the required application for those who are eligible.



                            **The application deadline is Friday, 7 June 2024 **



Interviews which will be held on Tuesday, 11 June 2024.



A list of selected students will be returned to your office by 14 June 2024.  You will be required to complete the TQCVL for those students. Please return the TQCVL by July 5, 2024 .  We are on strict timelines to process students early.



IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The VA is mandating that all VHA health care personnel, including health professional trainees (HPTs), be vaccinated for COVID-19 as part of the training requirements.    Stipend students (Block Positions) may claim an exemption based on medical or religious reasons.   Without compensation positions (Split Positions) must provide proof of vaccination.
