Permanency Specialist Description:

As a Permanency Specialist, you will work closely with children and families following the court ordered removal of the child from their home, providing essential services for up to a year. Your primary goal will be to address the factors that led to the removal and support the family in creating a positive, long-term outcome for the child, focusing on achieving a stable permanency plan. This role involves regular monthly visits with parents and children, preparing detailed reports for courts and legal parties, and attending court hearings related to the cases.
