Good morning!  The Policy and Legislative Team is excited to bring to you this opportunity to learn a bit more about how the recent 5th Circuit decision effects our work.
We have asked 3 expert panelists to join us to offer their insight into the recent decision. We will discuss the history of firearms and domestic violence, what the ruling means for us and for the survivors we serve, and we will hear the Texas Council on Family Violence's response.
