Happy Monday,

Myself and other members of the community have been collaborating together to develop a Behavioral Health Leadership Team for Hunt County. We are having our next community meeting this Wednesday from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. During this meeting we will continue the discussion on our goals:
·  Advocate for citizens with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders, involved in our community and criminal justice system
·  Assisting Hunt County in identifying gaps in services
·  Identify potential funding avenues that would aid in increasing compliance in our mental health population.
·  Improving access to behavioral health care, support and treatment
·  Optimizing use of local resources and opportunities
·  Continuously develop awareness of the mental health needs in our community
