SPRING 2023 - MSW Academic Calendar


  *   Jan 16 last day to withdraw with 100% refund
  *   Jan 16 MLK, Jr. Day - Campus Closed
  *   Jan 17 First Class Day
  *   Jan 17 - March 10 Graduation Application Open   *graduating spring semester
  *   Jan 20 Last day to add without Instructor & Dean approval
  *   Feb 1 Census Day - last day to drop with 100% refund
  *   Feb 6 Dropped for non-payment (15th class day)
  *   Mar 24  Comp Exam I   *graduating spring semester
  *   Mar 31  Comp Exam II   *graduating spring semester
  *   March 13-17 Spring Break
  *   March 20 Registration Open for Summer
  *   March 31 last day to drop (no refund)
  *   Apr 7 Comp Certificates due to Graduate School
  *   Apr 20 last day to withdraw (no refund)
  *   May 5 Last Class Day
  *   May 6-12 Finals Week
  *   May 12 Graduate Ceremony at 4:00 pm

A Drop and a Withdrawal are two different processes with different refund deadlines. A Drop is the process in which a student 'drops' one or more classes, while staying enrolled in at least one other class. A Withdrawal is the process in which a student 'drops' all of their classes, their last class, or their only class for the semester.
