Study Guide for Graduate Comprehensive Exam
Every MSW student must take and pass the Graduate Comprehensive Exam in the semester they are scheduled to graduate.
The Comprehensive Study Guide pictured below contains the question bank for the comprehensive exam. The questions for the exam are taken from Volume 2.

Fall 2022 Comprehensive Exam Schedule and Information
Beginning in the fall semester of 2022, the Graduate Comprehensive Exam will have 90 questions randomly selected from Volume 2 of the Comprehensive Study Guide shown above.
Students must earn 70% to successfully pass the exam.
Students have two (2) opportunities to successfully pass the exam. The dates for administration of the exam in Spring 2023 are:
Friday March 24th @ 9:00 a.m.
Friday March 31st @ 9:00 a.m.
**There will be no Comp Exam Prep Instruction scheduled this semester.
