Career Services Coach Network of Community Ministries is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join their Programs Team as a Career Services Coach. Network of Community Ministries is a social services nonprofit in Richardson, Texas whose mission is "to care, coach, and empower our neighbors in need while they seek an improved quality of life."

The Career Services Coach assists with Network's Career Services Program by helping clients in finding suitable employment and career advancement opportunities. The Career Services Coach's responsibilities include helping clients prepare for job interviews, recommending effective job search techniques, and working with clients to enhance their job skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, and socio-economic levels while also having a background in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field. Proven experience as a Career Coach is a plus.

This is a full-time salaried position. The salary range is $36,000-$42,000 annually.
