CitySquare TRAC is hiring

Position: Services Manager/Case Manager
Number of Openings: 1
Department: Transition Resource Action Center (TRAC)
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Business hours, flexible hours as needed.
POSITION SUMMARY
The TRAC Services Manager will provide case management services, support services, and independent living skills training to current and/or former youth ages 16 and older transitioning from substitute care to independent living.  He/she will provide supportive counseling; linkage to resources; housing, employment and independent living training; crisis intervention and management, among other services, to participants in this program.
1 opening for a Dallas based Services Manager to serve youth in Dallas and Northern counties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree required; degree in social work or a related field preferred; Master's in Social Work (MSW) highly desirable.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience working with children or youth who are at-risk, in foster care or who have been neglected or abused.
Additional Requirements: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be proficient in managing a case tracking system. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call (24 hrs).  Must be able to travel within assigned region on a daily basis.  Must have valid driver's license, proof of vehicle liability insurance and reliable transportation.
