[MSW] Registration for Summer 2015 - PLEASE DO NOT DELETE!

Procedures for Submitting Registration Request Form


Please do not retype the form in another format.  Registration requests will only be accepted in this format.


Please open the form for Summer 2015, save it as an .xls document named Registration Request: (your name), and proceed as follows:

1.         Open the Summer 2015 form and tab to the box following Name: and type your name.

2.         Tab to the box following CWID: and type your 8 digit campus wide ID number.

3.         Tab to the box following Email: and type your email address.

4.         Consult your degree plan and determine which classes you are scheduled to take.  The Summer 2015 abbreviation is SUM15.

5.         Tab to the long box following Course #1.  When you tab to this box, you will notice a drop down list arrow at the end of this box.  Click on this icon and the course offerings for Summer 2015 will drop down.  Please note that these are the same courses shown at the bottom of the form.  Once you have determined the class you wish to take, simply click on that line from the drop down list and the course will be entered in that box.  Then tab to the next long box following Course #2, if necessary, and follow the same procedure for your next course, and so on, for the number of classes you plan to take during this semester.  Please note that you will not be able to type the information in these long boxes.  The information must be selected from the drop down list.

6.         Once you have selected your courses and are ready to submit the information, please save the form and send it as an email attachment to me at janis.cirkles at tamuc.edu<mailto:janis.cirkles at tamuc.edu>.  Once the permits have been issued, I'll send you an email to let you know that you can register.  If the course (or courses) you want is full, I'll add your name to the waiting list and will notify you that you'll be able to register once the class is opened up.  Please be assured that you will be able to register for all of the classes that you need before the start of the semester.

7.         If you are also registering for Fall 2015, there is a separate registration form for the Fall 2015 semester, which is also attached.  Just follow the same procedures after consulting your degree plan for the classes you are scheduled to take Fall 2015 (F15).
