LBSW, LMSW or LCSW needed
To work full time with interdisciplinary team to provide medical social work & supportive services for terminally ill patients and families.  A minimum of 1 year of health care social work experience required for LBSW. Hospice experience a plus. LMSW or LCSW preferred. Service area is Cooke, Grayson, & Fannin County.
