Translating Observations into Narrative: A Critical Skill for Social Workers
This is a writing seminar designed to familiarize students with expectations for written assignments and communication within the Social Work Program.
In addition, the linkage between quality writing skills and professional practice will be made. [Information to be Presented:  ü How to Write A Scholarly Paper  ü Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th edition (APA)  ü Electronic Communication  ü Tips and Techniques for Successful Writing  ü How to use the Library]  This workshop is for currently enrolled graduate students of the TAMU-Commerce School of Social Work


Everyone who attends will receive a free APA Manual
