Berry Family Service is a Texas Medicaid Waiver provider agency located
in Rowlett, Tx. We are seeking a FT Bilingual Case Manager for our Texas
Home Living Department. 

Required:

Bilingual- Spanish/English

Must be able to speak, read and write advanced Spanish and
understand/use field/clinically related Spanish terms

Microsoft Office proficiency

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment

Case management skills

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, evenings and weekends PRN

Work well independently and with a team

Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance

Preferred:

Case management experience

BSW or MSW

Medicaid knowledge or experience
