POSITION: Clinical Social Worker IV POSITION #: 293 Working Title: Team
Leader

Supervised by: MH Center Director

Directly Supervises: Clinical Team members

Position provides supervision to clinical team members, as well as
direct services to

persons with mental illness in an outpatient psychiatric clinic.
Responsibilities include

staffing and supervision of team; achievement of team productivity
benchmarks; treatment

planning; receiving and tracking treatment authorizations; liaison with
BHO and other

clinical service providers; provision of treatment and crisis services;
and documentation of

client progress. Requires extensive travel within the Kaufman and
Rockwall County

service area. Must be knowledgeable of psychotropic medications and DSM
IV. Minimum

Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree from an accredited college or
university with a

major in counseling, social work, or psychology, with current Texas
licensure as LPC or

LCSW; or licensure as LPC-Intern. Must have a valid Texas driver's
license and an

acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability
insurance as required by

the state of Texas. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of related work
experience in a

mental health setting; working computer skills including MS Word; and
bilingual skills

(English/Spanish).
