[Msw] Clinical Director Needed

LPC/LCSW Clinical Behavioral Health Director-Dallas Region (Dallas,
Kaufman, and Hunt Counties)

Providence's mission is to ensure the provision of accessible,
effective, high quality community-based counseling and social services
(Child & Adolescent and Adult) as an alternative to traditional
institutional care. 

The Clinical Director, under the supervision of the Dallas Regional
Director, is responsible for the coordination and over-site of clinical
and administrative duties in the Dallas Region, including Dallas,
Kaufman, and Hunt Counties. He/she will supervise clinical staff and
perform administrative duties to ensure organizational growth and
quality service delivery. He/she will provide on-site counseling/case
management in the Kaufman office at least one day per week while
assisting with the Telemedicine Clinic in Kaufman.  He/she provides
primary support to the Regional Director and may act as his/her
designee. He/she will perform related duties as required. Travel to the
various counties required with paid travel reimbursement. Full-time
status with benefits-medical/dental/vision and paid leave package. 

Qualifications: 
Master's degree in counseling, social work or Texas Administrative Code
approved social services field with current Texas licensure required
(Fully licensed LPC or LCSW only) and management experience.  Experience
with NorthStar and CHIP services preferred and must have a proven record
for accuracy, attention to detail, organization, timeliness,
flexibility, and dependability. Valid TX Driver's License and proof of
insurance required. Proof of education and credentials will be required
prior to employment as well as Criminal Background Check.
