Hello I am an intern at The Family Place, a domestic violence counseling
center here in Dallas. The Family Place and others partners of the
Dallas County Domestic Violence Awareness, Sexual Assault & Child Abuse
Prevention Coalitions will be hosting a 1 day seminar on January 14,
2011.

 

This one-day seminar will feature hands-on-training associated with the
challenges that law enforcement officers, attorneys, therapists,
counselors and service professionals face when working with both victims
and perpetrators of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. 

 

This conference offers a special Ethics session for attorneys along with
Advanced Domestic Violence, Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Training. 

 

Participants will gain effective prevention and intervention tools
necessary to provide essential services to their clientele.
