Greetings! Adult Protective Services (APS) investigates allegations of
abuse, neglect, and exploitation of the elderly and adults with
disabilities. When maltreatment is confirmed, APS provides or arranges
emergency services in an attempt to alleviate the problem. APS is
dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of vulnerable adults in
Texas.

APS is conducting a survey to gauge how our program is performing in
your community. Please take a few minutes to complete the short survey
requesting input on your interactions with Adult Protective Services and
ways to improve our working relationships with you. Participation in
this survey is voluntary and we hope you will take the few moments
necessary to provide us with invaluable feedback on how we can best
serve our clients.

To ensure your comments are included in the final report, please
complete the survey by Monday, May 18, 2009. To begin the survey,
simply click on the attached link and you will be prompted on how to
proceed:

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Once you have completed
the survey, you will be directed to our website. I invite you to look
over and utilize the information provided to help protect vulnerable
adults in your community. If you have any questions regarding this
survey, please contact me or Lorena Lopez-Gonzales for assistance.
