[Msw] FW: Perfect Dress Drive

[Pamela Hammond]

This is Candace Carroll. I've been in the social
work program since 2006.
I am now a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and am
emailing this to you in hopes that you can help me spread
the word around the Social Work Department.
Last year was Delta's first time doing a prom dress drive
where we take up donations of prom and formal dresses to
donate to girls of a low socioeconmic group in hopes that we
can help them make their prom a memorable experience. With
social work month here, I thought maybe this would be an
event that everyone in the department would be interested
in.
I am the chair of this event this year and am working hard
to put my social work skills into action!
We are currently accepting donations until April 3, 2009.
Please help in any way you can!
