Home Again Co-Director -Families 

The Co-Director of the Home Again Transitional Housing Program provides
case management services to program participants. The Co-Director works
cooperatively with all Home Again Co-Directors and other staff to assure
the accomplishment of the agency mission and Home Again goals and
objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a human service field; a social work
degree is preferred.

Ability to make sound decisions regarding client needs and interests,
and to assist clients in the accomplishments of established goals. 

Ability to work cooperatively with staff and others in order to best
serve the agency and clients
