Hello Graduate Student.  I am writing to ask you to answer a few brief
questions about the university.  Your answers to the questions will be
used to help the university shape a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
Without boring you with too many details the goal of the QEP is to
evaluate what the university does well and what it can improve.  And
then target on of those topics with the goal of improving performance in
that area and hopefully improving the university as a whole.  The QEP is
one portion of the requirement for accreditation and the university is
using it as a genuine vehicle for improvement.  To this point we have a
lot of feedback from undergraduates, but very little information from
graduate students.  It seems likely that your experience with the
university is different from that of an undergraduate and we want to
hear from you.  Your answers need not be lengthy.  If you are willing to
respond, you can send your email response to me at
Raymond_green at tamu-commerce.edu.  Before passing your response on to the
person who will collate and summarize all the responses I will remove
any identifying material.  Let me know if you have any questions and I
