The Crisis Center of Northeast Texas is seeking to fill the position of
Victim Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include: providing direct
victim services to victims of sexual assault, participating in
Multidisciplinary Team meetings, coordination of training new volunteers,
scheduling volunteers for the 24 hour hotline, and promoting public
awareness and general education of issues relating to sexual assault. The
candidate must have excellent oral presentation and written skills,
knowledge of victim and advocacy issues, the ability to work in a team
setting, and be able to represent the agency in the community with a
positive and highly professional attitude. 

 

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited university in a human
services related field (psychology, sociology, criminal justice, social
work).  Salary is $29,000/year. Send letter of interest, resume, college
