Foundation Communities, a nonprofit provider of affordable housing and
support services, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to lead the
development and implementation of educational, social service and asset
building programs for residents of a 160 unit affordable housing community
in Carrollton, Texas.  Must be able to communicate effectively with
residents, work cooperatively with on-site property management staff and
establish partnerships with other community-based groups.  
 
Minimum qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field
plus at least two years of experience providing educational and/or social
services to economically disadvantaged families.  Bilingual
(English/Spanish) preferred.
