MSW students who are planning on entering Field (SWK 557) for the first time
during the Summer 2007 semester please submit their application to Mr. Chuck
Nash by March 1, 2007.
 
The application should be submitted in triplicate.
 
If students are petitioning for field at place of employment, the petition,
in triplicate, should accompany the field application.
