[Msw] Summer Field Students in Mesquite!!

Potential Summer 06 Mesquite Field Students,

 

(Sorry about sending this to everyone on the listserv but it was easier to
do it this way.)

 

Okay, here is a plan (not necessarily a good one, but I want to run it by
you.).

 

If I start my Summer SWK 507 class at 7:30, we could schedule a field
seminar on Saturday morning at 11:00 (you would need to bring a sack lunch)
that would end at 12:00.  Then the Mental Health Class would start at 12:00
and go to 3:00.

 

I know this would make for a long and early day but it seems to be one
option that would solve a number of people's problems with driving back in
for a single seminar class.  I also plan on having one session of field that
will begin at 4:30 on Tuesday night.

 

(In terms of the 507 class, I am planning on at least 4 of the sessions to
be internet based assignments.  That will mean that you only have 6 sessions
of the 7:30 -11:00 time.)

 

I need each of you to e-mail back to me which option you will take if there
is the long Saturday option. (hugh_clark at tamu-commerce.edu

field this summer, please don't respond.
