SOCIAL WORKER I & II - Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

 

Description: Responsible for psycho-social assessment on clinic patients to
ensure that their needs are properly identified and integrated into a
consistent treatment plan. Evaluates patient's level of understanding,
coping skills, social support, and psycho-social status through interviews
with patient, family and healthcare team members to evaluate patient's
sensory, functional, mental status and care needs.

 

Requirements: Must be eligible to receive a license by the Texas State Board
of Social Work Examiners. Candidate MUST be bilingual in Spanish.

 

For Social Worker I - Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

For Social Worker II - Must have a Master's degree in Social Work.
