The Team Member Experience (TMX) Coordinator will be responsible for providing quality Human Resources and Organizational Development support for team members at the Sulphur Springs home building facility. Job assignments will focus on the following competencies: training/mentorship, instructional design, employee engagement, internal communications, performance management, and employment practices. This role is designed to prepare the individual for a future leadership position as a representative of the TMX team.
