[MS Finance] Tutor Opportunity

The Department of Accounting and Finance is seeking a tutor for finance students.  The position will be for the Spring 2024 semester.

Qualifications:


*       Finance Major-undergraduate or graduate student

*       Grade Point Average-3.5

*       Must have completed FIN 304, FIN 312, FIN 400 and FIN 404

*       Bonus if you have completed more FIN coursework



Tutoring will be limited to 10 hours per week.  You will meet with students in person or via zoom.  You must be flexible to work with student's schedules.  Sometimes this can mean working some of your hours on the Commerce campus or zoom during evening and weekend hours.  You will be required to keep a log with the name of the student, the course for which you are tutoring and the instructor of that course.  This is a paid position of $10 per hour for 10 hours per week.  There is no tuition remission available for this position.
