[MS Finance] Finance Society

Hello students,

The Finance Society at TAMUC will be run by students interested in finance at the Department of Accounting and Finance, College of Business, with membership open to all TAMUC students. Members will benefit from participating in various events that will allow them to learn from and interact with local business leaders involved in the finance industry. The Finance Society will also conduct a simulated investment competition each school year and devote time to serve the local community as often as possible. If you want to check what we are planning for this year, please see the attached flyer.

Why do you want to join the finance society?


  *   1.     No membership fees for this year.
  *   2.     The first 25 members would enter a raffle to win a surprise!
  *   3.     All students are welcome - no restrictions on your majors/minors!
  *   4.     You must be a member of this society to apply for the finance mentorship program (details attached in the flyer)
  *   5.     You get access to all finance society events at no cost.
  *   6.     The society aims to become an FMA society within this year and this provides access to FMA membership benefits as well.

Please note that you must become a member first to apply for the mentorship program.
