[MS Finance] Urgent

This email was forwarded to me today.  If you have not done your COVID training you should do it today in my opinion.

Dr. Dobbs,

Currently we have 3189 undergraduate students and 2201 graduate students who have not completed the required student COVID Training.  At this time we have to take drastic measures.  This is a mandate from system and must be completed this semester.  Please let the Deans know to inform their instructors that this training must be completed by Thursday November 12 or the students accounts will be suspended on Friday November 13.  Once the account is suspended the student will be redirected to take the training and then it will be at the latest 12 hours to reactivate the account.  I don’t want this to be a shock to the instructors when this occurs.  Online and Face-to-Face have to complete the training as well as all our duel credit students.

The following are the communications dates that will be sent out to the students who have not
10/29/20 – Initial email informing the students they have to do the mandatory training, where it is located and completed  by Thursday November 12 or their account will be suspended
