[Journalism] scholarships

A word about scholarships. Decisions about candidates who applied for
Journalism Division scholarships will be made this week. So, if you
applied for one of the Division's scholarships for next year, the
faculty will review all applicants and arrive at decisions this week
(barring some unforeseen delay).

 

Recipients will be determined, and the Office of Financial Aid &
Scholarships will notify students. The faculty does not do the
notification. That is the university policy.

 

Please remember that only applicants who met the criteria for a
scholarship can be considered by the faculty for that award. IF it is
determined that your application is not complete, you cannot be
considered by us for an award.

 

Questions can be addressed to Dr. Bridges or Mr. Stewart, or Ms. Maria
Ramos or Ms. Crystal Thomas in the Student Access & Success Center (One
Stop Shop) on campus.

 

Please do not reply to this email. If you have questions, please contact
one of the above individuals in a separate email.
