[Journalism] Email address issues.

[Kimberly Cook]

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to touch base with you all since we are at the beginning of the
semester.... We are at a crucial time in our communication process with
one another.

The first mass email was sent out and I have received more than 10
returned email addresses.

Please verify your myleo email address along with a secondary address,
in a separate email from this mass mailer since it would go out to
everyone, because if I send out important information to you via the
listserv and your information is not correct then you will not receive
information on scholarships, meetings, or class cancellations.

I would like you to submit a computer generated or type written list
versus a handwritten list. Sometimes writing styles vary and it is
difficult to read or decipher.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Kim Cook
