[Journalism] Important information FALL classes not offered in the spring.

[Kimberly Cook]

As we move closer to the fall term, let me update

all students about classes being offered.

  The 2 classes noted -- J115 and J329 -- will not be

offered in the spring term, under present projections.

Therefore, it would be a year or later until offered

again.

Journalism 115: we opened a second section, and

it presently has enough enrollment to be offered but has

about 3-4 seats as of this writing. The dean supported

us on this request, so obviously I would like to fill it.

Journalism 329: if a PR major, this course should

be taken this fall, even if you have not had J328. Then,

you could move on to the other PR courses. We can

issue you a permit for J329.

As of this writing, the following classes are full:

        Journalism 115, SECTION ONE.

        Journalism 114 and Journalism 214.

Journalism 335 and Journalism 445, but if you

absolutely need, contact Dr. Bridges.

I will be out of the office from August 8-12. Send

me a message or leave a voice message, and I can get

back to you when I return to the office. Thank you.

                                                        -Dr. Bridges
