[Journalism] DEADLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS JULY 1ST

REMINDER...REMINDER...REMINDER...

 

 

To apply for a Journalism Division scholarship, note below.

    DEADLINE (postmark) is July 1, 2010.   I would get the materials in

    before July 1 to avoid any concern.  If problems, let us know.

 

            (1) go to University website and go to current students;

            (2) go to heading ³Financial Aid²; next page will say ³Office of

                        Financial Aid and Scholarships²;

            (3) go to ³How to Apply² and then to ³Scholarships² on left;

            (4) submit the form headed ³Undergraduates² (Step 1);

            (5) Go to Step 2, additional Departmental requirements

            (6) hit Journalism and look for heading ³current majors²

            (7) SUBMIT those items with Step 1 form to the Scholarship

                    Office (NOTE: their requirement!) If a concern, call

                    me or Julie Phillips at 5239;

            (8) That office will process and give all applications to me.

 

            I do not know how fast the process will proceed, but I am sure

            the University will try to move as quickly as possible.

            so decisions may be made for the fall term of 2010.

 

            BE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN THE PACKAGE!
