[Journalism] Scholarships PLEASE REVIEW

[Misty Tittle]

Students who need some financial assistance should apply for a
Journalism Division scholarship. This is a second call (APRIL 3).
We have resources to assist students, and in particular, we have
scholarships of $500.00 from The Paris News, The Greenville
Herald-Banner and the Donna Campbell Endowment.
If you do not meet the specific 3.00 GPA but are close, apply.
If you have experience on The East Texan, or work outside the
university, or if you need assistance, apply for one of the scholarships
above. The faculty has some direction in awarding these scholarships.
And, the newspapers and the Campbell family want to award these grants
for the fall. And so does the faculty.
Get an application form (green sheets) or look on the web page
of the Department of Mass Media Communication and Theatre on the
University's Web site. Go to news-editorial or public relations and
click on "Scholarships". A link to this address is provided below.
