[Journalism] The East Texan Needs You

[Brandy Martin]

Dear journalism major,

The East Texan is getting ready for the new semester
and we would like to have you as a member of our
staff.

Writers, photographers, cartoonists and graphic
designers are needed. Whatever you feel you can
contribute is what we would appreciate.

Please contact us about what you would enjoy doing to
make The East Texan a paper for the students.

We will have an organizational meeting 3 p.m. Aug. 23
in the newsroom, Journalism Building, Room 113A.

We will be participating in the Lion Camp Ice Cream
"Get the Scoop on Groups" 6-9 p.m. that night as
well. Extra volunteers are appreciated.
