<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">USCIS posted a message on their Facebook page today (March 14, 2017) that they inadvertently posted the wrong Form I-765 on their I-765 page
<span style="color:black">sometime from March </span>13 to March 14.<span style="color:#1F497D">
</span>The <b><i><u>incorrect form</u></i></b> that was posted will be clearly labeled
<b><i>Form I-765<u>V</u></i></b> in the top right corner of the form. The <b><i><u>correct form</u></i></b> will only have
<b><i>Form I-765 </i></b>in the top right corner of the form ( no V after I-765). If you have filed for any OPT benefits with USCIS from March 10, 2017 to March 14, 2017 then we would strongly recommend you review the Form I-765 you utilized when filing for
the OPT to ensure the form you used was correct. <span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:black">While USCIS indicated the incorrect form was posted around March 13 we are recommending students who have accessed the USCIS website from March 10 until today
(March 14) review their Form I-765. The ISSS website links to USCIS’s website for the Form I-765.
