<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">The Office of International Student &amp; Scholar Services (ISSS) recently received approval for a new $75 12-month OPT processing fee.&nbsp; The purpose of this fee is to ensure the ISSS will continue to be able to
 provide quality administrative support and advising for students applying for 12-month OPT and for students on approved 12-month OPT.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">The 12-month OPT processing fee will be effective for F-1 students applying for OPT this fall 2016 semester.&nbsp; The ISSS will begin accepting applications for 12-month OPT on September 19, 2016.&nbsp;

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">Payment for the processing fee will be made through the
<a href="https://secure.touchnet.com/C20206_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=13">
ISSS Marketplace</a> and students may pay by credit/debit card or by electronic check (ACH).&nbsp; The fee will be created in the ISSS Marketplace by September 16.&nbsp; The ISSS will not be able to accept personal checks or money orders for payment of the processing
