<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>The&nbsp;academic&nbsp;commencement&nbsp;ceremony&nbsp;at&nbsp;Texas&nbsp;A&amp;M&nbsp;University$B!>(BCommerce&nbsp;enjoys&nbsp;a&nbsp;rich&nbsp;tradition&nbsp;and&nbsp;is&nbsp;carried&nbsp;out&nbsp;with&nbsp;solemnity&nbsp;and&nbsp;dignity.&nbsp;All&nbsp;participants&nbsp;are&nbsp;expected&nbsp;to&nbsp;conduct&nbsp;themselves&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;manner&nbsp;consistent&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;occasion&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></i></b></p>
