 December 1, 2014.&nbsp; </span></i></b></a>You may contact the ISSO at 903-886-5097 to schedule an appointment (DO NOT EMAIL) beginning Monday, November 17.&nbsp; Please note that you must apply for CPT in person by appointment only.&nbsp; Students will need to consult their
 academic department to discuss any deadlines to apply with the academic department.&nbsp;
