fall 2014 </span>will need to wait until the second week of classes to create their accounts due to the enrollment timeframe. The ISSO will submit the enrollment report to AHP by the end of the first week of classes. However,

<b><i><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">THE DEADLINE TO <u>SUBMIT</u> A WAIVER REQUEST IS SEPTEMBER 10, 2014.</span>
</i></b>Please note that students may only request a waiver of the SSHIP in certain circumstances and must provide the proof of the alternative health insurance coverage. Coverage must comply with the requirements
