We learned about how English has been part of students’ life before coming to the US, what their own and their parents’ perspectives are on education, and what was their experience like coming to a new country and culture. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We will continue to explore different cultural topics through activities and discussion during our weekly meetings for the rest of the semester.
