The cost for the trip is $100 cash or money order only. The $100 includes two night stay (4 students per room)at La Quinta Inn Galveston East Beach across from the beach and transportation to Galveston and return to Commerce. The hotel will provide free breakfast and wifi. Galveston Island also has reliable public transportation to get around the island. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Students may sign up for the trip in person only at the ISSO in Halladay 104 beginning Thursday, June 20. No phone calls, emails, or friends signing up friends. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, July 10. Full payment ($100) is required when you sign-up and is non-refundable/non-transferable after July 10. The $100 cost covers two night hotel stay (4 students per room) and transportation to Galveston and return to Commerce. The first student to come to the ISSO to sign up will have <span style='color:black'>their trip paid for by the ISSO. Seating </span>is limited for the trip. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Galveston Island provides many attractions including extensive beaches, <span style='color:black'>Pleasure Pier Amusement Park at </span><span style='color:#1F497D'><a href="http://www.galveston.com/galvestonislandandhistoricpleasurepier">www.galveston.com/galvestonislandandhistoricpleasurepier</a>, </span><span style='color:black'>Moody Gardens at </span><span style='color:#1F497D'><a href="http://www.galveston.com/moodygardens">www.galveston.com/moodygardens</a>, </span><span style='color:black'>Schlitterbahn Waterpark at </span><u><span style='color:blue'><a href="http://www.galveston.com/schlitterbahnwaterpark">www.galveston.com/schlitterbahnwaterpark</a></span></u><span style='color:#1F497D'>, and other attractions that may be found at <a href="http://www.galveston.com">www.galveston.com</a>. </span><span style='color:#002060'>Some attractions may require an admission price that is not included with the $100 cost for the trip.
