<P><FONT SIZE=2>Due to a scheduling conflict, the information meeting for the Multicultural Festival that was scheduled on Monday, March 4 at 3pm has been moved to 4pm. We will meet in BA 221. I apologize for any inconvenience. <BR>

As a reminder, any group participating in the festival will need to have a representative attend an informational meeting. There are three meetings scheduled and groups are only required to have a representative attend one of the meetings. See the attached schedule for the meeting dates and times. Again, the meeting, scheduled for Monday, March 4 has been changed to 4pm in BA 221. <BR>

The Multicultural Festival is coming up on Tuesday, April 2 from 5pm-11pm on the second floor of the Rayburn Student Center and sign-up begins today. This year the festival will be on a different day and time, Tuesday, April 2 from 5pm-11pm, so please be sure to make note of these changes. Attached is the schedule for the festival events. We are expecting to attract our largest crowd ever this year and we hope you will be a part. <BR>

How can you be a part you may ask? Students may participate in one of four ways:<BR>

* <BR>
Contact the ISSO to volunteer to help at the festival (email John.Jones@tamuc.edu)<BR>
* <BR>
Sign-up to carry your country's flag in the parade of flags (email John.Jones@tamuc.edu)<BR>
* <BR>
Complete the attached registration form to set-up a display or food table<BR>
* <BR>
Register to participate in the talent show or fashion show<BR>
<BR>
The deadline to sign-up is Friday, March 22 at 5pm. Forms may be emailed or dropped off at the ISSO in Halladay 104. If you have any questions about the parade of flags or the display/food tables you can email John.Jones@tamuc.edu. If you have any questions about the talent show or fashion show you can email Brenda.Brand@tamuc.edu. <BR>

All participants in the display or food tables or talent show/ fashion must be submit the PhotoTalentReleaseform along with their group's registration form. Each student must submit a form. Participants in the parade of flags must submit the PhotoTalentReleaseform to the ISSO in person or via email to John.Jones@tamuc.edu. <BR>

There is a mandatory information meeting that all participants for the display/food tables must have a representative attend. Students/student groups are required to have a representative attend one of the three scheduled meetings or the students/student groups will not be allowed to participate. For a schedule of the meetings please see the attached Multicultural Festival Schedule. <BR>
