travel validation signature requests.&nbsp; The <b><i>Travel Validation
Signature Request</i></b> form is located at <a

<b><span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>Students may request a
travel validation signature through the online request form or in person at the
ISSO.</span></b>&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>The online form is a fillable pdf document and you may
complete the form on your computer (all information required), print it off,
and submit the request form with your I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1) via mail or
