you travel outside the U.S. during the summer please remember to bring a copy
of your stamped documents and I-94 to the International Student Services Office
as soon as possible once you re-enter the U.S.</span></b>&nbsp; When a student
re-enters the U.S. they are issued a new I-94 and their passport, visa, and/or
I-20 may be stamped by the port of entry.&nbsp; The ISSO keeps updated copies
of all of your immigration documents.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>Also,
to remind you international students are not allowed to work off-campus during
the summer break without permission from the ISSO and/or USCIS.</span></b>&nbsp;
To confirm if you are authorized to work off campus please review the last page
(travel validation signature page) of your I-20 for any employment authorization.&nbsp;
If this page does not have any employment authorization then you are not
allowed to work off-campus.&nbsp; A social security card with <i>For Employment
Authorization </i>written on it is not permission to work off-campus.&nbsp; If
you are caught working off-campus without permission then your SEVIS record
will be terminated and you will not be eligible to apply for a reinstatement to
your F-1 visa status.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></p>
