be valid for at least six months beyond the date of re-entry into the
U.S. You may renew your visa in your home country or by contacting your
embassy within the U.S. Please note that it may take up to 3 months or

must be submitted at the port of entry <b><u>PRIOR to departing the U.S.</u></b>
or there may be problems with your re-entry to the U.S. at a later date. If
you fail to submit your I-94 before departing the U.S. please notify the ISSO.
A new I-94 will be issued when you re-enter the U.S. <o:p></o:p></p>

program end date on line 5 to make sure your I-20 does not expire this
semester. The travel validation signature on the last page of your I-20
is valid for 12-month’s from the date of the signature for re-entry.
Example. Travel validation signature on December 1, 2010 is valid for re-entry
into the U.S. until December 1, 2011. <b><span style='color:red;
background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>If you need a signature for travel
please come by the ISSO at least two weeks prior to your departure to request
