<p class=MsoNormal>A new waiver form has been created for students who are
eligible for an exemption from the mandatory insurance enrollment in the
A&M System insurance provider that began this spring semester. <b><span
style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>ALL students <u>THAT ARE
ELIGIBLE FOR AN INSURANCE EXEMPTION</u> are required to submit the insurance waiver
form for <u>each semester they are eligible</u> for the exemption. <span
style='color:red'>Failure to submit the form <u>PRIOR</u> to the start of the
semester you are exempted may result in your student account being charged for
the insurance premium.</span></span> </b> <o:p></o:p></p>

to submit this form is Friday, August 26 <u>BUT I would STRONGLY recommend
submitting the form and required documents before the end of the spring
semester so we can confirm your information</u></span></b><u><span

<p class=MsoNormal>I am working with the Bursar’s office to make sure we
do not have any more technically problems with the insurance charge. Once
I finalize the new process I will notify students via email to the list serve
of when they can expect the insurance charge to show on their account. <o:p></o:p></p>

automatically enrolled in the A&M System insurance provider, AIP, unless

fall 2011 semester and have enrolled in the GA insurance plan with HR please
complete the Insurance Exemption form at <a

and have your department email confirmation of your GA for the fall semester and
have HR email confirmation of your GA insurance to <a

insurance provider will need to either email confirmation that your insurance
coverage meets the minimum coverage requirements (see above link) to <a

or a letter stating your insurance coverage meets the minimum coverage

sufficient.</span></b> The ISSO must have confirmation that the coverage <b><u><span
style='color:black'>specifically meets</span></u></b> the university minimum
